What is DISC?

DISC is a model of human behaviour which helps us understand individual preferences such as communication style and motivational drivers. The model is underpinned by four personality styles:
D style- tends to be direct, dominant, decisive
I style- tends to be inspirational, interactive, interested in people
S style- tends to be steady, stable, supportive
C style- tends to be careful, competent, conscientious
We all have these styles within us, however they will vary in intensity for different people.
